Nonsurgical
Morpheus8
Combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to remodel skin and underlying tissue. Used for texture, fine lines, scars, and laxity.
Overview
Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy. The needles deliver RF heat below the skin surface, which stimulates collagen production and remodels the underlying tissue. Indications include skin laxity, acne scars, fine lines, and improvement of overall texture. Treatment is typically performed as a series of sessions four to six weeks apart. Results build over several months as collagen production continues. Topical anesthetic is used; downtime is one to several days of redness and pinpoint marks.
Who it's for
The right candidate.
Patients with mild to moderate skin laxity, acne scars, fine lines, or texture concerns who want improvement without surgery and can tolerate a short downtime.
Technique
How it's done.
Microneedles deliver radiofrequency heat below the skin surface, which stimulates collagen production and remodels the underlying tissue. Treatment depth is adjusted by the practitioner based on indication and area. Topical anesthetic is used; the treatment takes thirty to sixty minutes per area.
What to expect
From consultation to recovery.
Redness and pinpoint marks for one to several days. Mild swelling for several days in deeper treatments. Results build over three to six months as collagen production continues. Typical course is two to three sessions, four to six weeks apart.

FAQ
Common questions.
How is this different from microneedling alone?
Microneedling alone creates the micro-injury at the skin surface. Morpheus adds radiofrequency heat below the surface for deeper collagen remodeling. The two are related but different in depth and result.
Will it tighten loose skin?
For mild to moderate laxity, yes. For more advanced skin laxity, surgery is more appropriate. Morpheus is not a substitute for a facelift or necklift in patients with significant descent.
How many sessions do I need?
Two to three for most indications. Some patients return for annual maintenance.
Is this as effective as a facelift?
No — and it shouldn't be sold that way. Morpheus addresses mild to moderate skin laxity and texture. Significant descent of the face requires surgery. We are honest about which patients are appropriate candidates.
Does it hurt?
Topical anesthetic is applied beforehand. The sensation during treatment is significant but tolerable for most patients. Deeper settings (higher RF energy) feel more intense.
Can I combine Morpheus with other treatments?
Yes. Morpheus pairs well with neuromodulator, filler, and laser as part of a maintenance plan. Spacing depends on the specific treatments and your skin.
